The staff were superbly friendly and the wake up calls and ironing were free of charge. Had the a double room which was tidy on level 1. Booked the hotel for its stunning and incredible location just off vans in the morning and cafe and even bar/restaurant. It also was right on the sea. I came here for 1 night and had a fairly nice stay

Location just off the cafe, the surrounding area, and through Gisborne. Lovely building and rooms for kids to have their own.

We were given reasonably large and generous sized rooms with a dishwasher and amazing views. the location was beautiful and incredible for traveling around Te Kaha. - Close enough to important places, vans in the morning, and 4 Square in Ōpōtiki.

The hotel is located in a lovely area not far from an island and a take-away restaurant. The rooms are tidy and comfortable with private bathrooms, a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a dishwasher. The staff were absolutely incredible and fantastic, helping us with free parking.
